GEFCO Russia automates sales on BPMSoft CRM

GEFCO Russia, one of the largest logistics operators in Russia, migrates to the domestic low-code BPMSoft platform from LANIT Omni (part of LANIT Group). The project was implemented by GBC Team experts. Based on the new solution, the key stages of the sales process have been digitalised. This will help the company maintain the continuity of its business processes and ensure their manageability and transparency while optimising costs.

Prior to the start of the project, the integrator audited the IT landscape and identified the requirements for the future CRM. The key criteria for choosing BPMSoft were its scalability, integration capabilities and cloud deployment option. All of the company's historical data, architecture and business processes have been transferred to the new system.

Data migration was completed without loss of functionality within a compressed timeframe: the system was assigned to users just two short months after project start. This became possible due to the active involvement of GEFCO Russia, LANIT Omni and GBC Team. The advanced customisation tools implemented on the BPMSoft platform provided the basis for a virtually seamless transition to the new CRM. The developers used them to achieve the visual likeness of the interface elements with the previous CRM used by the company in order to accelerate and simplify the adaptation process for employees as much as possible.

GEFCO Russia specialists now conduct all of their work within a common information field, based on data on over 6K contractors in the customer base and 25K sales. Maintaining uniform and standardised processes allows for efficient resource management.
